Akgirişim has completed the following projects as the main EPC contractor for Akiş REIT:

• Akbatı Residences, a high end residential project including 348 residences in 2 towers, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gym and recreational areas including a 5000 seating capacity Festival Park
• Akkoza Mass Housing project phase 2 with a total of 65,000 m2 of construction area
